Weak Inner Game

Most of the gaps in a man’s game can be attributed to one of two things. Weak inner game and inexperience are the main causes, and both connect closely to fear. Public speaking and death may seem unrelated, but they reveal the same basic issue: fear of rejection on one side, and fear of the unknown on the other. When a man does not trust himself, that weakness shows up in other areas too. The good news is that this is not fixed forever, because both confidence and skill can be built.

Fear Of Rejection

We fear public speaking because we fear rejection. We worry the audience will reject our message and think we are stupid, ignorant, or ugly. In older times that kind of rejection could mean exclusion from the group, and that was dangerous. Men who overcome it usually do so by practicing and building strong inner game. The more often they speak, the less power rejection has over them. What once felt terrifying starts to feel normal.

Death And Uncertainty

We fear death because we do not know what comes next. We are inexperienced, and that uncertainty creates anxiety. Some people overcome this fear through strong religious belief, while others simply decide that only life matters now. If the afterlife claims are absurd to them, there is no point in fearing them. That same logic helps some men stay calm under pressure. When uncertainty is accepted, fear loses some of its grip.

Better Game Today

Weak inner game is mostly the fear of rejection. Men with weak inner game do not approach, or they supplicate when girls test their limits. Men with strong inner game approach and call girls out on their shit. Inexperience also causes mistakes, so a man should improve his self-esteem and practice, practice, practice. The more he repeats the right behavior, the easier it becomes. Over time, confidence turns into habit and habit turns into strength.
